Who We Are

Saline River Royalties, LLC was founded in 2023 by a group of Kansas attorneys with substantial experience in both oil & gas law and estate planning.  As attorneys, we recognize that creating an estate plan for oil & gas interests can be difficult, particularly as interests become more fragmented over time.  Additionally, the administrative costs and taxes associated with oil & gas interests often outweigh their benefits.  When faced with these issues, many owners prefer to sell their interests rather than spend time and money attempting to address them.
